JOB SUMMARY
Planner Executive is responsible for planning and coordinating production and material schedules based on order capacity and priorities. This role ensures efficient and flexible production operations by monitoring real-time progress, managing in-process inventories, workforce, and promptly responding to arising issues in production.
JOB FUNCTION
Production planning based on order demands and production capacity
Material planning aligned with production schedule
Monitoring production progress, reporting and analysis
Inventory control during production process
Coordination and adjustment of production schedules
Workforce supervision and coordination
Handling production issues and maintaining standards
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare detailed production plans according to customer orders and machine capacity
- Monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly production progress; update reports and actual performance
- Plan and follow up on material requirements to ensure timely supply for production
- Adjust schedules of orders to maintain flexibility and efficiency in production
- Manage production standards, in-process inventory and resolve unexpected production issues
- Coordinate, assign and supervise production workers to ensure schedule adherence
- Report weekly work results to the Production Director
- Other tasks as required by Production director

JOB REQUIREMENT
Education:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant technical fields
Major:
Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain, or related fields
Certification:
Training in Production Planning, ERP/MRP Systems is a plus
Knowledge:
- Understanding of production process, material flow, and capacity planning
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and scheduling
Skills:
- Strong planning, data analysis, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and planning software; ERP/MRP experience preferred
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- English: Intermediate (equivalent to Bằng C) - able to read technical documents and basic communication
Competences/ Attitude:
- Logical, organized, and detail-oriented
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure
- Reliable, proactive, and results-driven
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Experience:
At least 2 years experience in managerial position.
