Mô tả công việc
Product/Commercial/Visual Management
• Be responsible for creating and ensuring visually shop floor layout and new lines are merchandised according to/follow the Company guidelines/ operational policies and procedures.
• Be responsible for implementing and communicating the company merchandising guidelines to the local store to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Perform daily styling of mannequins, display and ensure proper merchandising of the assigned boutique.
• Help train the standards and interpretation of visual execution.
Sales Management:
• Analyzing the sales reports to identify priorities to work during the following days (opportunities, potential and problem subfamilies).
Store Image:
• Create and adapt visual merchandising proposals according to these priorities. And create a unified and tailored solution for store.
• Follow up: Gather feedback from Commercials and Store Manager on the weeks proposals and make improvements.
Shop-floor & Sales Management
• Managing and motivating the sales team to increase sales and ensure business efficiency.
• Be aware of the daily and monthly sales target to meet and exceed them.
• Communicate with the management team on a daily basis with information regarding personnel and product.
• Ensure standards are maintained during the day and at closings.
Customer Service
• Ensure a high level of customer service is offered in the store.
• Monitor and support customer service action plans.
• Solve and manage customer issues as they arise and refer to the senior management team when necessary.
• Understand and reinforce the company return policy.
• Support customer service with product knowledge and awareness of the New arrivals, Replenishment of best sellers & Offering alternatives.
Health & Safety
• Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and to communicate with the senior management team in case an incident happens.
• Be aware of the risks employees and customers are exposed to and to be aware of safe work practices and company procedures to overcome them.

• Fluently in English
• Passion for Fashion: A strong interest in fashion and the latest trends.
• Detail-Oriented and Creative: Ability to focus on details while being innovative in visual merchandising.
• Proactive and Motivated: A self-starter who is dynamic and eager to contribute.
• Multitasking Ability: Capability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong focus on delivering high levels of customer service and resolving issues.
• Sales Management Skills: Experience in analyzing sales reports and managing a sales team.
• Visual Merchandising Experience: Familiarity with creating and implementing visual layouts according to brand guidelines.
