About this role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Import-Export Supervisor to lead and optimize our import-export operations. In this role, youll ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient cross-border logistics while partnering with internal teams, government authorities, and external stakeholders.

Manage day-to-day operations of the Import-Export team, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
Oversee export bookings and monitor import shipment schedules for timely and accurate delivery.
Work closely with the Export Sales team to prepare and verify export documentation, ensuring error-free and on-time submissions.
Handle quota applications, tax reconciliation, and HS code verification with local authorities.
Liaise with customs agents, testing centers, and consultants to facilitate smooth import/export processes.
Standardize customs processes, maintain an organized HS code/product portfolio, and ensure proper filing systems.
Support Head of Logistics with additional tasks and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelors degree in International Trade, Economics or related field
4+ years of experience in similar positions, preferably in FMCG, Food, Manufacturing Industry
Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, international trade agreements (EVFTA, ATIGA, etc.), and customs regulations.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills to collaborate across functions and with external partners.
Strong time management, ability to perform under pressure, and a solutions-oriented approach.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
