Mô tả công việc
- Receive and handle quotation requests from customers, overseas agents, and the sales team.
- Regularly update freight rates, surcharges, and sailing/flight schedules.
- Solve any arising problems related to the shipping documents, Bill of Lading, cargo [protected info] customers / agents
- More concentration and shipping services to United State (TP), Intra Asia & European
- Arrange details of shipments with warehouse/ forwarders/carriers/transporter as necessary for imports/exports.
- Knowledge of International trade terms & business.
- Regularly update freight rates, surcharges, and sailing/flight schedules.
- Be responsible for implementing processes involved in one of the fields: Sea Import /or Export or Air-import /or export
- Analyze freight rates and shipping terms to provide competitive and appropriate quotations.
- Work closely with Sales, Suppliers, Pricing, Others support teams to archive customers satisfaction.
- Ensure local charges are informed to
shipper
s in a timely and accurately manner.
- Report service or business failure to Head of Operation.
- Other tasks as designed by superior.
** Location working: 162 Pasteur, Ward Ben Nghe, District 01 , HCMC, Viet Nam
Yêu cầu
- At least 3 years freight forwarding experiences
- English level: fluent in English especially speaking and writing
* * NICE TO HAVE:
- Graduated from Foreign Trade University or University of Economics (International business) or University of Transport and Communications.
- Flexible, active, careful
- Able to work well in teams and work under high pressure
- Computer literate, good data analysis and problem solving skills, mathematically inclined and logically minded.
- Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills
- Ability to work independently, attention to details and sense of urgency
- Priority: For candidates who have experiences in working for forwarders, logistics companies or shipping lines
