Mô tả công việc
• Planning and execution of projects.
• Make report of project schedule
• Track project performance
• Project evaluations and results measurement.
• Manage project administration, including controlling documentation accuracy and consistency
• Report regularly to
Project Manager
• Lead weekly meetings to cover project progress
• Responsible for delivering project (schedule, quality) on the current project assignment.
• Utilizes communication skills to provide regular projects updates to the client and their representatives.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing projects across different functions (IT, Warehouse Operation, Transportation Operation, etc.) & external stakeholders (client, subcontractors).

• Proficient with the MS Office: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio.
• Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills.
• Previous experience in a project management position.
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering; or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination with related work experience.
• 3+ years experience in (preferably) logistics and supply chain, related consulting, and/or manufacturing where a detailed knowledge of warehousing and transportation has been obtained.
