Mô tả công việc
• Manage and develop the sales team; provide training and orientation for the team.
• Expand the volume of goods handled by both individual and team sales based on the companys current platform.
• Consult customers on optimal transportation solutions tailored to their needs.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends and information in the Logistics industry.
• Maintain strong relationships with client companies and partners.
• Achieve business goals in line with company direction and generate revenue for the team.
• Effectively handle customer complaints (if any).
• Submit periodic reports to the Department Manager.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.
Yêu cầu
• Graduated from College or University, preferably in Foreign Trade, Maritime Transport Economics, Logistics, Import-Export, or related fields.
• 25 years or older with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales within the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
• Ability to read and write emails in technical English.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic in work.
