Mô tả công việc
1. Organizing, implementing and deploying works in compilation and editing of MRO Warehouse management policy, procedure, regulation and guidelines to ensure smooth operation of all MRO warehousing activities meeting business requirement (Optimize cost, space and service quality) and in compliance to safety, EHS and legal.
1.1 Establishing, editing policy, procedure, regulation in relation to operation of MRO Warehouse covering: MRO Safety stock, Slob, C1, C2, C3 and MRO Scrap management.
1.2 Operate and coordinate works across different business functions (PM, PMH, MU, Finance, Accounting...) and working on both strategic and operational level of MRO management to ensure timely and sufficiency of MRO supply.
2. Organize and Manage operation of MRO Warehouse to ensure MRO inventory management processes run smoothly, accurately and efficiently to keep cost low and optimize use of space and inventory.
2.1 Organize and coodinating communication with suppliers, transportaion companies and internal functions (MRO team, PMH, MU ) to ensure timely shipment and MRO material arival.
- Provide real-time insight into inventory of all sites (Binh Duong, Chu Lai, Ha Nam and Hau Giang) in term of quantity, stocks movement to minimize MRO inventory and aviod unnecessary purchases and increase of Slow moving MRO stocks.
2.2 Organize and manage MRO stocks Transfers (Sell-Purchase) among all sites to optimize inventory usage.
- Conduct monthly MRO Stock take.
2.3 Perform and conduct warehousing activities in accordance to requirement:
- Acceptance Check in and log incoming items. Verify receiving the right quantity, in the right condition, at the right time.
+ Receiving: Move items from the receiving dock to their correct storage locations.
+ Storage safely store and logically arrange inventory to enable fast and accurate picking.
+ Picking. Collect the items needed to fulfill request/ Maintenance Orders (MO).
+ Packing: Prepare the picked items in appropriate packaging with protection for deliver to sites in accordance to Pick List and MO.
+ Shipping: Organize and arrange shipment in case inter-plant transfers. Finalized Delivery orders, ensuring that they are on the right vehicle, at the right time, with the correct documentation, so customers receive their orders on time.
3. Manage MRO Warehouse improvement, deploy reapplication of effective improvement (best practices) across sites to optimum cost and maximize Return of investment.
3.1 Development and implementing of a MRO inventory and storage strategy
3.2 Improving the environment aspect of MRO warehouse.
3.3 Plan for future development needs in line with strategic business objectives.
3.4 Leverage data and automation to conduct demand analyses, forecast MRO usage and create efficient daily operating plans.
3.5 Organize and safeguard MRO Safety Stock with appropriate ordering, storage and release procedure, work with PM team to revise and update Safety Stock Inventory and recommend improvement to ensure Safety stocks are up to date and meets requirement.
Yêu cầu
- Knowledge and practical experience in managing warehouses, warehouses of supplies, spare parts and equipment.
- Knowledge and ability to lead and implement warehouse organization.
- Experience in project implementation from design to machinery installation.
- Quality and risk management
- Knowledge about equipment spare parts.
- Ability to systematize information and books in the warehouse.
- Ability to plan departments, deploy and hand over work to the team.
- Familiar with SAP/ERP
- University degree or higher
- Familiar with SAP/ERP, Words, Excel, Power point
- Proficient in English
- 5 years in managerial position
