Mô tả công việc
• Receive and review shipping instructions from customers.
• Update VGM, issue HBL, submit MBL via the carriers system, verify the accuracy of HBL & MBL, and file AFR/ISF/AMS as required.
• Issue Debit Notes (DN) to customers.
• Coordinate and follow up on carrier telex releases and surrendered MBLs.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with all relevant parties.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
• Prepare and submit reports to the Manager upon request.
Yêu cầu
• Female candidates preferred, under 28 years old.
• 1-2 years of experience in a freight forwarding company is preferred.
• Graduated from College/University with a major in Logistics
• Proficient in English, especially in reading and writing
• Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities; highly disciplined and able to work well under pressure.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Experience in sea export operations is an advantage.
• Candidates who are able to start immediately will be given priority.
