Plan and process all purchasing activities for assigned products.
Be in charge of direct
purchasing
as an assignment.
Evaluating potential suppliers; submitting for approval from managers for making decisions in terms of price, quality, delivery, and after-sales service of manufacturers and suppliers; and receiving and evaluating quotations to obtain optimum quality, price, and terms (best value for cost and time).
Effectively building and maintaining good internal and external relationships;
Maintain productive and supportive relationships with all suppliers to obtain the best cooperation in supplying and resolving any problems and claims, if any.
Prepare procedures, customs declarations, and necessary documents for import procedures.
Track progress, manage the journey of goods, control, and be ready to give feedback on the quality and quantity of goods.
Ensure orders comply with contractual agreements; exchange and adjust accordingly.
Corporate functions exist to ensure the customs clearance process and compliance with current regulations. Providing the related documents to others when they request them.
Effectively building and maintaining good internal and external relationships;
Coordinate with the demand planning, sales, accounting-finance, and warehouse departments to control inventory. Evaluate the ordering plan and propose adjustments, if any.
Analyze and evaluate external price trends to identify opportunities to reduce overall purchasing costs.
Making reports as assigned by the manager.
Other tasks assigned by the
purchasing manager
or BOD.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Have a bachelors/masters degree in foreign trade, import-export, international business administration, economics, or a related field.
Have 3 or more years of experience in a similar field and be knowledgeable about import-export operations.
Priority is given to candidates working in import-export-purchasing goods for medical equipment companies, pharmaceutical-cosmetic companies, and related industries.
Fluency in English (4 skills)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good planning and bargaining skills
Professional communication skills.
Final result-oriented, positive thinking, and hard working.
Personal and teamwork.
Careful and responsible for jobs. Must be strictly honest.
Having the capability to resolve problems, to work under high pressure and challenges, and a systematic and detailed focus.
