Mô tả công việc
• Prepare Proposal drawing, as per information form customer or Sales.
• Study and analyze tender documents from clients, extract and interpret key technical requirements from the tender and convert them into clear internal instructions for the Engineering and Estimation teams.
• Support
sales engineer
s in preparing tender submission: Tender forms, Erection methodology, Construction schedules, Fabrication procedures, etc.
• Provide technical clarifications and support to the Sales Engineer during customer discussions or negotiations. Ensure all proposals and documents are aligned with relevant international construction standards (e.g., AISC, ASTM, EN, AS, etc.) for design, material and fabrication.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Management Department and customers after contract signing to ensure smooth communication and technical consistency.
• Follow up on document submittals, material approvals, and revisions during the projects execution stage.
• Assist in preparing or verifying payment request documents in coordination with Sales and Accounting teams.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 year of working experience in steel structures.
• Familiar with AutoCAD.
• Having Technical & Tender knowledge is an added advantage.
• Good English (Understand technical documents, direct discussion with foreign customers).
