Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating customer quotes and work orders, coordinating product shipping, responding to customer inquiries, reconciling inventory and account issues, and providing support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer quotes and work orders.
• Communicate any special customer requirements or requests to the appropriate department.
• Reconcile inventory and account issues to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Coordinate product shipping with the Warehouse, including expediting product if required.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing information on product/order status, shipping details, and changes in customer orders or requirements.
• Communicate pertinent customer account information to Account Management, Production, and Management.
• Manage consignment levels to ensure contractual levels are maintained.
• Assist with special assignments as directed by the Customer Service Manager, Sales Team, or other management.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math skills for calculations and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems for order processing and data management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to organize and communicate information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in analyzing and organizing large amounts of data.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, and schedule format.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in taking orders, processing quotes, completing work orders, and filling out reports under time-sensitive conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with a variety of variables.
