* Job Description
- As an International E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for driving the brands performance across leading global marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair, and other international e-commerce platforms. Your role focuses on hands-on execution, performance optimization, and growth strategy in international markets.
* Key Responsibilities
* Marketplace Operations & Optimization
- Manage product listings, content, pricing, keywords, and SEO on Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair.
- Set up and optimize paid ads campaigns (Amazon Ads, Etsy Ads, etc.) to achieve target ACoS/ROAS.
- Track sales performance and identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.
- Monitor competitor activities and benchmark to improve product positioning.
* Affiliate & Growth Programs
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs on international e-commerce platforms.
- Build partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and referral channels to drive sales growth.
- Analyze affiliate performance and provide reports with actionable insights.
* Data & Performance Analysis
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards (sales, conversion rate, ad spend efficiency).
- Identify trends and recommend strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and sales.
- Work closely with internal teams (branding, operations, logistics) to ensure alignment.
* Cross-functional Support
- Coordinate with operations/logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and compliance with international shipping standards.
- Assist in preparing marketing collaterals for product launches and campaigns.

Yêu cầu
* Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in operating international e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair).
- Proven experience in paid ads optimization (Amazon Ads, Etsy Ads, or similar).
- Experience in running affiliate programs or partnerships for global sales channels.
- Good command of English (reading & writing) for product listings, customer inquiries, and partner communication.
- Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace analytics tools.
- Experience with Vietnamese e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, etc.) is a plus.
