****** CV in English enclosed with detailed Portfolio is compulsory for this application - Work as part of a Project Development team - Assist the Head of Design Management for various design development on projects in Vietnam. - Visualizing design ideas in ArchiCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup or other software - Liaise with the appointed design consultants; be involved in all stages of projects such as concept design, schematic design, design development, detail design and construction, review of mock-ups and shop drawings. - Execute other responsibilities which include undertaking preliminary feasibility studies to assess development potential of new projects or acquisitions and undertaking simple in-house design projects. - Take instruction from Head of Design Management for various tasks for a project development. - Assist in office management and help coach younger colleagues in the department. - Other tasks assigned by Management from time to time. *** COMPENSATIONS and BENEFITS*** - 12 days for Annual Leaves + 3 days for Family Leaves - Additional sponsored Bao Long Health Insurance - Birthday Gift and Celebration - Meal & Phone Allowance - Social Insurance, Health insurance, Unemployment insurance. - 13th month salary + bonus (subject to company and individual performance) - Annual Health Check - Team-bonding Activities Quyền lợi được hưởng ***h Sponsored health Insurances; Annual Health Check Attractive Salary, competitive compensations and benefits Opportunities for training, Team bonding activities Yêu cầu kỹ năng ****** CV in English enclosed with detailed Portfolio is compulsory for this application - Preferably at least five (5) years working experience in building design or relevant position. - Excellent technical drawing skills - Proficiency in using Auto CAD, photoshop, 3D-max software and Microsoft Office presentation - Good communication, presentation in both Vietnamese and English. - Good working attitude, high level of initiative and integrity. - Good understanding of Vietnamese building regulations, codes of practice and submission procedures. - Abilities to work in demanding and multi-tasking environments. - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field - Highly organized and detail oriented. - Abilities to work independently as well as teamwork.
