Draft advices, opinions and contracts (including sale contracts, loan agreements, labour contracts, internal labour rules, etc.); Supervise, train and directly manage a team of junior colleagues to ensure projects are delivered in a timely and efficient manner; On behalf of clients to deal with state authorities for proceeding the procedures related to foreign investment including company establishment, amending licenses, sub-licenses; Brainstorm & propose advice/solution to legal issues arisen; Conduct meetings/working sessions with Clients and other third parties as assigned by the Managing Partner; Provide legal advisory and solutions to foreign and Vietnamese clients, notably in various fields of corporate, tax, investment, commerce, M&A, banking, real estate, labor and intellectual property, court proceeding etc. Translate main legal documents if required; Other tasks assigned by manager/board of management. Bachelor Degree, majoring in Law – preferred to have completed the lawyer training course or the Lawyer Practicing license.
