Mô tả công việc • Develop marketing strategies and tactics to promote VTCE’s Branding & Communication (including all sub-brands ie. VTC Academy etc.) align with company’s vision and mission. • Be in charge of PR & content, Creative (design & video), Digital, Marketing functions and teams. • Be responsible for quality of news, articles, videos etc. on various channels such as press, fanpages, landing pages, websites… and ensure they are up to date. • Develop and execute an integrated marketing communication plan, promote brand identity and awareness. • Work with market research findings, identify and reach target audiences. • Generate creative solutions, produce excellent both print and electronic communication materials and digital advertisements. • Collaborate with strategic partners (MOET, Youth Union etc.) for joint programs. • To be assigned by Marketing Director. Quyền lợi được hưởng • Salary : Negotiable • Salary review : Once a year • Healthcare insurance, social insurance & unemployment insurance ( following Government regulation) • ***/*** Insurance ( In Vietnam) • Parking allowance • Fixed bonus: 13th - month salary • Team Building Activities, YEP, Company Trip … Yêu cầu kỹ năng Yêu cầu công việc • Bachelor’s Degree or above (preferably in Business Studies, Marketing, PR, Economics etc) • At least 3 years experience in the same position preferably in education industry. • Experience in managing a diverse team of 7-10 members. • Profiency in English is required • Ability to build, manage and motivate cross functional high performing teams • Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to different tasks at hand • Proactive and able to promt others to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved, calm working under pressure. • High level of integrity • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Excellent attention to detail. Note: - Tốt nghiệp bằng cử nhân trở lên (ưu tiên về Nghiên cứu Kinh doanh, Tiếp thị, PR, Kinh tế, v.v.) - Ứng viên có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm trong ngành giáo dục; Mạnh về Strategic Branding. - Có kinh nghiệm quản lý team khoảng 10 thành viên - Ứng viên sinh năm 1988 - 1992 - Thành thạo tiếng anh
