JOB DESCRIPTION

Targeted markets: developed countries in strategic regions, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, East Asia

Conduct market research to define market penetration strategies (foreign market & IT outsourcing products)

Generate, manage sales pipeline and ensure reaching KPI (qualified leads/ meeting/ proposal)

Manage and review internal sales process compliance

Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans

Build and strengthen client relationships

Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals

Data-driven and CRM-based working model, regular reports to line manager and BoD

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

At least 1 year of experience in
Business Development
/Sales/Customer Acquisition in the IT industry for the global market

Experienced in all customer acquisition platforms including LinkedIn tools, Email Marketing Platform, Global Hiring platforms, Industrial forums, CRM platforms...

Fluent spoken and written English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excel at presentation, networking, relationship development, and leadership skills

Knowledge of modern software technologies is an advantage

Good at MS Office and working tools

Able to travel for work when required

alary: Negotiable

Probation salary is 100% of the official salary

Income includes: base salary, KPI salary, commission
