Job Description
Support the Director of Sales & Marketing with managing the filing system within the department.
Assist in preparing and submitting required monthly and quarterly reports.
Review and analyze weekly sales call data and end-of-month results, identifying any variances from business targets.
Join management meetings to evaluate progress toward departmental goals and help develop the annual business plan.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Track and organize the Group Lead File.
Help dispatch and collect sales proposals within the hotel.
Collaborate with the Finance team to prepare and monitor the departments budget and financial forecasts.
Requirement
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or equivalent.
Clean criminal record.
At least 2 years of managerial experience in a hotel or related industry.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Additional language skills or basic knowledge of local languages is a plus.
Competent in MS Excel and Word.
